Compliance upgrade (bringing up to standard) of the Temper cylinder seal assembly machine

Analysis and identification of the applicable Directives, laws, and standards;
Search for and retrieval of technical documentation of the machinery, in particular operation and maintenance manuals of individual machines, technical files, Declarations of Conformity, and risk assessment documents issued by suppliers, technical data sheets, etc.;
Search for and verification of operating instructions, procedures, and technical sheets for personnel involved in operating the plant;
Review of the emergency plan in order to assess fire risk;
Verification of the existence of a risk assessment document for the area where the machines are installed, including:
- Analysis of specific noise-related risks:
- Analysis of electrical and ATEX risks:
- Analysis of chemical and physical risks:
- Analysis of mechanical and hydraulic risks (PED);
Fire risk analysis in accordance with Fire Brigade (VVF) regulation;
On-site inspections and surveys aimed at identifying the as-is condition (state of preservation) and the compliance of the machines with the recovered documentation;
Verification of compliance with the requirements of Annex V of Legislative Decree 81/08 of 9 April 2008 and subsequent amendments, for machines placed on the market prior to 1996;
Verification of compliance with the Essential Safety Requirements (ESR) of Legislative Decree 17/2010 (implementation of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC) or of Presidential Decree 459/96 (implementation of Machinery Directive 98/37/EC) for machines placed on the market prior to 1996;
Issue of a list of measures to be adopted to reduce the level of risk (technical and procedural measures) based on the outcomes of the risk analysis;
Detailed engineering design of mechanical and electrical upgrading interventions;
Assistance during upgrading works;
Issue of the Declaration of Conformity to the Essential Safety Requirements in accordance with the above-mentioned directives and decrees.
