Machinery Directive – 2006/42/EC – Italian Legislative Decree 17/2010

The “Machinery Directive” 2006/42/EC, implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree 17/2010 (which entered into force on 6 March 2010), sets out the minimum safety requirements for machinery and the procedure for CE marking prior to placing machinery on the market or putting it into service within the territory of the European Union.
